JOB SUMMARY: The Admin Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Segment Head. The Admin Assistant also serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams. In addition, the position is responsible for providing assistance to the Segment Head, providing general office management, and meeting and event coordination.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.Required skill(s): Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external clients. Satisfactory level written and verbal communication skills.Required language(s): English, FilipinoNo work experience required.Willing to work in Makati City.Full-Time position(s) available.
