Job Description

As an Airline Reservations and Ticketing (Customer Support Service Agent), you will be responsible for assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/ KLM Royal Dutch Airline in relation to their airline ticket/concerns. As for the schedule, you will have a shifting schedule (AM, PM, and graveyard shifts) and holiday duties as well.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Airline Operation/Airport Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.Required skill(s): airline reservation system experience (Amadeus and Sabre), Excellent English Communication Skills, BPO experience, Call Center Operations, Customer-orientedRequired language(s): EnglishMust be willing to work on a shifting schedule and on-site: Makati CityCan start on 19 or 26 Sep or 03, 17, or 31Oct 2022.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.60 Full-Time position(s) available.

+ Night shift differential rate (10pm to 6am) of 75php/hour

+ Meal and Transportation allowance (10pm-6am) of 200php/day
