As an Airline Reservations and Ticketing (Customer Support Service Agent), you will be responsible for assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/ KLM Royal Dutch Airline in relation to their airline ticket/concerns. As for the schedule, you will have a shifting schedule (AM, PM, and graveyard shifts) and holiday duties as well.
