Job Description

Position

We are looking for an Apprentice Lawyer. The position is approximately equivalent to but in many ways better than an Associate Lawyer. The candidate can expect to be mentored in pleading drafting, review, trial advocacy, as well as corporate and boardroom practice. 

The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications and qualities:

- has passed the bar

- has integrity at the core of their being

- knows the value of work beyond billables

- wants to learn every aspect of legal practice: from litigation, to corporate, to public interest law

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary: Php 35,000 (probationary). 

However, we don’t like the probationary / regular employee dichotomy. In fact, we don’t like how law firms ordinarily treat and compensate lawyers. 

So we devised a better way.
