You are great at:
Drive the end-to-end process review together with process excellence and uncover gaps between current and future model. Design local/regio
nal solutions to manage these in the new model and support the creation of local action plans to implement the solutions.Facilitate knowledge transfer across different parties involved in HRSS Centers in the current operating model with the help from external vendors/ partner / COEs etc.Develop local Standard Operating Procedures and a sustainable HRSS delivery model to ensure excellence in service delivery.Build in-depth system understanding and provide SME to enable effective experience.Support training, knowledge management & change management activities.Provide support in building templates to facilitate routine data reporting and data analysis.Identification of local reporting requirements and analyze local legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements to provide necessary updates.Identify interl

8+ years of hands-on experience in managing compensation & benefits processes.Worked in a complex internatio
nal organization and able to navigate between matrix & diverse stakeholders. Familiar with and able to apply a variety of the field's (group benefits, pension, and insurance industry) commo
nly used concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience of implementing or using a leading global HR system like SuccessFactors.Advanced Excel skills & SAP knowledge.Excellent process knowledge and ability to create processes maps and re-engineer existing process maps for efficiency.Execute a solution and able to create steps for a proposed plan of action.Think and work independently to research, analyze and make recommendations.Demo
