Position purpose: As a valuable member of the team, the Creatives Specialist’s purpose includes the following (but not limited to):Conceptualize, create, and deliver meaningful and purposeful contents to help drive employee engagement, contribute to positive employee experience, and increase affiliation to the Afni brandDevelop, and deliver projects/deliverables for a variety of key initiatives, with guidance from and in partnership with a variety of stakeholders across the organizationDemonstrate collaborative relationship with internal subject-matter experts (SMEs) and/or external stakeholdersDemonstrate, in six months or less, his/her subject-matter expertise in Afni brand guidelines and similar branding, creatives, editorial, marketing, or multimedia guidelines by accomplishing and delivering quality creatives projects and deliverables on timeThe position has assigned tasks in the following (but not limited to):Branding (corporate, facility, program)Creatives (graphics – templates; newsletter; web and email banners; posters; social media artworks; digital signage; print / digital billboard)Multimedia (photography; videography; animation)Essential functions and responsibilities: Be an agile and dependable team member for creating a variety of branding, creatives, or multimedia content to support the company’s employee communications needs. This includes (but not limited to):Internal:Create intentionally compelling content (graphics/multimedia) for specific communications channels in support of the company’s goals and needs, while connecting with a variety of internal audiences through appropriate key messages Manage the regular inventory of all creatives across channels released by the team, in close coordination with project stakeholdersComplete assigned tasks per strategic creatives planning to meet the established goals and objectives and to address other communications and creatives needs across the companyCollate metrics and measurements to help generate concrete feedback from stakeholders and to help improve our internal initiatives and channels External (as assigned):Co-support campaigns through external marketing, communications, and creatives contents focused on positioning Afni in terms of growth; reputable corporate and employer brand; good corporate citizenCo-create deeper, more meaningful content (graphics, photos, videos, etc.) for various platforms in aid of recruitment marketing and corporate and employer branding and social responsibility initiativesIndividual contributor and stretch roles:Initiate or actively participate in knowledge-sharing or skills transfer sessions to help drive team success and help his/her teammates become successful in their roleActively participate in initiative/activity that positively contributes to the team’s collaborative experience and overall employee experience (ex. teambuilding)Minimum job requirements: Schedule: The candidate should be willing to work either late mid- or night-shift on a rotating basis and as business needs require. only interested applicants need to applyYears of experience similar to the advertised role: For Creatives Specialist 2: Minimum 2 years in a similar role with a proven record of delivering quality projects on time, preferably in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) settingYears of experience relevant to the advertised role: For Creatives Specialist 2: Minimum 2 years of professional, similar, or related experience Tools: Adobe Creative; MS Office; SharePoint.Expectations:Articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills in English Compelling portfolio of work (previous job experience; or/plus university-based paper or communications organization; part-time job/s, on-the-job training for those with)Excellent interpersonal and networking skillsDemonstrated agility, grace under pressure, teamwork in previous undertakingsMust be digital-savvy and know how to use digital platforms for effective, responsible creative contents and executions(If an internal hire/promotion, should have no recorded escalation from stakeholders and have a year-on-year Fully Meets Expectations APR rating)Preferred:Certified or completed basic courses in Creatives; Marketing; Social MediaFor Creatives Specialist 2: Working knowledge of social media guidelines on artworks, photos, videos to help improve creatives deliveries and channels
