JOB SUMMARY:The Program Mgt. Specialist is in charge of overseeing and driving strategic and cross-functional projects from planning and business requirement definition up to operationalization and post- implementation review. This includes managing the team members during the duration of the project and managing the project in terms of time, scope and resources. The Program/Project Manager/Specialist takes a holistic view, ensuring a synchronized and integrated implementation of across all affected business units and stakeholders. These are the functions under Project Management, but incumbent level and accountability, scope area of impact, cost impact may differ depending on the assessment of the Functional Head, VP forCorporate Planning.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manages strategic and key cross functional projects from start of planning to post implementation review.2. Coming from the direction of the project sponsor, directs the project team members and works with stakeholders to define the project objectives, scope and plan.3. Leads the creation of an integrated business case and business requirements across all affected business units4. Identifies resource requirements, organizes project team and conducts project risk assessment5. Provides directions and manages the project team members to ensure all deliverables are accomplished in a timely manner, according to plan and within scope6. Monitors and tracks project regularly and prepares necessary updates and presentations in relation to the project7. Communicates regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment, to manage expectations and to settle issues or stumbling blocks experienced8. Conducts analysis and provides/recommends solutions and necessary intervention to ensure timely implementation of projects within budget and scope9. Conducts steering committee review sessions to provide updates and obtain approvals and management directionsJOB SPECIFICATIONS:· Education- University Degree in Public/ Business administration, Logistics, or related fields relevant to OSM’s work. A master’s degree is preferred, specialized experience in similar work and similar organizations may be considered in lieu of.· Working Experience- Experience in corporate strategy setting, design, execution, corporate planning, market and/ or industry research, project and change management, and the like· Skills- Strategy development- Balanced scorecard, Performance Management System, SO setting- Project Management- Financial analysis and accounting- Strategy focus & analysis- Industry knowledge, Business acumen- Market research and analysis- Enterprise operations, Business operations and processes- Financial analysis- Facilitation, Analytical, Negotiation skills- Communication & Motivation skills
