Job Summary
• To extend the services of PSMBFI to its members by conducting telemarketing activity and Field Service Operations (FSO) in PNP offices within the assigned area
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conducts Field Service Operation (FSO) and Information Drive to extend PSMBFI services among members in remote areas
• Receives loan application forms and conducts initial evaluation to determine estimated loan proceeds
• Scans and sends loan application forms together with documentary requirements to concerned department through File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
• Assists beneficiaries of deceased member in complying with necessary documents and informs them on availability of their claims
• Releases checks to rightful payees and prepares related reports
• Prepares daily production report and submits to Regional Services Officer
• Answers queries from walk-in members regarding products and services of the company
• Distributes Membership Certificate and Policy Contract to members
• Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
• Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
• Performs other related functions as directed by superior
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any business course
• With a minimum of 1 year related experience in Sales
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong composition and prioritizing skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good written and oral communication skills
