Generates and manages o
nline operations and serves as the point-person of o
nline platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other marketplaces.Answers all customer queries and co
ncerns on Facebook messenger, Instagram, and official email addressAnswers and addresses customer queries and co
ncerns on e-commerce platforms including chat, questions, and reviewsCoordinates with sales and operations team with regards to customer inquiries and co
ncerns as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies in Management, Marketing or equivalentWith at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.With good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsWith people skills, knowledge of sales principles, and customer service practicesWilling to work on-site in Ugong, Pasig CityMon-Friday (Office), Saturday (WFH)
