Sales Development Representative (B2B Lead Generation) - Skilled in outbound, prospecting, linkedIn Sales Navigator
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative who is highly driven, tenacious, thinks out-of-the-box and works well under pressure.
You will work alongside our founder, sales lead and other talented individuals to introduce the platform to prospects.
This isn’t just a job but an exciting journey in a fast-growth startup.
What you will be doing:
● Quickly learn the product, value proposition and be able to react to objections and
competitive questions.
● Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of action, including linkedIn
outreach, email and call scripts.
● Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to
stimulate opportunities.
● Effectively communicate value proposition through outreach on linkedIn, email etc.
● Educate prospects on benefits through nurturing campaigns.
● Interact with prospects via video calls and emails, with a high attention to detail.
● Effectively qualify prospects before handing off to sales lead.
● Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the sales lead.
● Research and test new outreach methods.
● Track and measure leads through CRM systems such as HubSpot.
What we are looking for:
● Minimum 3 years proven excellence in business development, outbound sales
and/or sales.
● Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales KPIs
● Strong understanding of sales development and lead development best practices
and procedures
● Strong sense of urgency to reach goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told
what to do. Brings new ideas to the table.
● Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is strongly desired.
● Fully reliable and detail oriented, with a drive to execute flawlessly
● Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills
● Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
● Experience working in a high-growth startup environment would be a plus.
