Job Summary 

You will be one of the Rockstar members in our sales team responsible for managing customer communication. 

This is a work from home position. Nightshift hours. Monday-Friday 10 pm to 6 am Philippines time zone.

Do you have 1 to 2 years experience making sales calls? Do you have reliable internet, good computer specs and a quiet environment to be able to make high quality calls?Are you a responsible person that can be trusted to work remotely? Can you handle nightshift hours? Are you someone with a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPI's?

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all three touch points - phone calls, SMS, and email correspondence in your queueIn perfect written English be able to respond by email without the need for templatesExpected to ensure all targets are met by monitoring your KPIs in real timeJoin in weekly meetings to discuss with the team the previous week’s performance and issues encountered and drive improvement actions if the target is not metPerform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of phone sales experienceExcellent ability to manage and build relationships and great rapport with consumersDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed goalsAbility to meet sales goals/targetAdvanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiatingUnrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needsFamiliarity with Salesforce a bonus
