Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of any Business CourseWith atleast 3 to 8 years of working experience in Japanese manufacturing companyMust have deep / extensive experience in communicating International supplier / customersWell versed in preparing quotations, searching for potential customers and meet sales quotaWith experience in Product Costing and Customer CommunicationProficient in basic computer software applications (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word)Above Average communications skills.Fast & Self Motivated learners. Able to work independently.Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage.With knowledge and experience of PEZA/BOC processing and documentation is an advantage.Willing to be assigned in Sta. Duties and Responsibilities:       

PEZA LOA          

•        Prepare General LOA and Sub-Loa request for all customers.    

•        Coordination with customers for all requirement for all new LOA and renewal application. (Certification, Peza Registration, liquidation, import ledger etc.)

•        Prepare e-LOA for all PEZA LTI customers     

•        Monitoring PEZA and VASP fund (for ZTD and e-LOA transaction purposes)  

DELIVERY          

•        Preparation and processing of PEZA documents (8106) for all local delivery (through manual processing to PEZA)

•        Create Zone Transfer documents (ZTD) for all LTI delivery through service provider 

•        Follow-up all 8105 copies to customers and prepare liquidation ledger monitoring for Peza documents processing and LOA purposes.

•        Assist warehouseman for the final checking of delivery.    

REPORTS          

•        Maintains weekly report for monitoring of General and Sub-LOA renewal and amendment. 

•        Update status and report any delay of General and Sub-LOA application.  

OTHERS          

•        Weekly turnover of invoice receiving copy that was delivered to accounting department. 

•        Prepare ledger as requirement to buy 8106 and 8105 form in PEZA.   

•        Serve as back-up in absence of Ms. Cindy/IMPEX.     

•        Perform other duties other than specified above as maybe assign to her from time to time.
