Responsibilities:

Ensures that the company receives accurate payment in a timely fashion.Supports collection efforts thru the mail, phone call,s and other digital means of sending collection notices.Obtains client information and verifies concerns through phone calls and emails.Provides prompt responses thru verbal or written communication.Performs account/payment reconciliationsCreates and properly maintains credit history files.Offers account settlement options to delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any business courseProficient in computer applicationsWith excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong planning and multi-tasking skills; flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented.Must be organized, flexible, analytical, and resilient when trying to resolve a collection issueThose with outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements will have an advantageThose with at least 1-year of work experience will have an advantage. Fresh graduates may also apply.
