Purpose
The job includes, but is not limited to, assisting and supporting the senior accountants and supervisors in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting and finance department.
Essential Duties
• Prepare check vouchers, invoices, receipts
• Reviews & verifies invoices, receipts, and BIR forms received from suppliers/customers
• Monitoring receivables and payables due dates
• Maintaining and organizing all related documents to customers and suppliers, such as but not limited to, check vouchers, invoices, and receipts
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, taxes, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Perform other accounting duties as needed
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related fields
• At least 6 months of relevant experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and MS applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity with relevant computer software is a plus but not required (QuickBooks etc.)
• Willing to work in a flexible environment
• Willing to work in Makati City
