Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s DegreeMust have atleast 4 to 5 years of experience in Reporting and AnalyticsKnowledgeable in MS Office (Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (Pivot table, Vlookup, Formulas, Chart)Strong quantitative, business, financial, and modeling skillsHave a full grasp of understanding of data modeling and forecastingGood communication and presentation skills Work Location: Hybrid Set UpWork Schedule: 1pm to 10pm

Job Description:

Responsible for leading the forecasting and reporting functions of CXO HR Talent Supply Chain. The main tasks will include managing the deliverables for CXO forecast and headcount reports, recruitment hiring efforts, budget and develop continuous process improvements to launch efficient and accurate deliverables.

The Specialist should be able to execute job responsibilities aligned to the CXO business processes and with the understanding of how output would affect and impact the CXO budgeting and recruitment processes.

Lead and support the forecasting and reporting team to instigate change and transformation of business reporting and forecastingEnsure accuracy of reports deliverable for CXO headcount forecast and recruitment related metricesCreation of data dashboard visualization and presentations for CXO leadership team to optimally track and communicate key measures, insights, and data driven recommendationsPrepare analytical and trend reports, create graphics, and provide stakeholder ready materialDesign dashboards and other reporting tools used by internal teamsIdentify business challenges with stakeholders and help provide analytics using statistical methodsPerform range of ad-hoc analyses in support of key business initiativesConduct monthly meetings and presentations for CXO Leadership teamSupport and manage a combination of regularly scheduled deliverables as well as ad hoc reporting requests.Continuously improve the forecast approach to analysis and build new methods to forecasting and reporting to develop and improve the team’s analytical skillsPartners with key collaborators to assess and address internal needs for reportingStrong relationship with Central Enablement Team Leads
