The AP Team Lead is responsible for assisting supervisors in handling critical and other special invoices that need expedite payment.
Performs daily audit and processing of supplier invoicesRuns and analyses AP reports for managementCreates journal entries in the Accounting system for AP related transactions and accrualsReviews processed invoices by verifying data entry against proof report and actual invoicesInvestigates and resolves issues associated with processing of invoices, employee expenses and payments and escalates critical issues to AP Supervisor and/or Manager as necessaryRespo
