This Financial Analyst role will be an integral member of the Sales Finance team within the shared services center. While functionally reporting to a Pricing Strategy Director, it will closely engage with all Pricing Strategy leaders across a variety of initiatives. The role is focused on identifying key indicators and providing actionable recommendations to the leadership team to preserve price and improve overall portfolio profitability.
Typical project work will include managing large sets of data, performing timely trend analysis, and identifying accurate insights for the Pricing leaders to use in the development of business strategy. In this role, the individual is self-led, inquisitive, strong team player and collaborator. Above all, the candidate must demonstrate a clear desire and ability to drive business results.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and support financial and operatio
nal objectives (i.e. standardized reporting, financial planning) and/or strategy as outlined for the Sales Finance and Price Strategy teams.Create and maintain databa
se of deal pricing terms by customer, solution, ACV and expected revenue.Leverage Change Healthcare tools to automate and maintain reporting aimed at identifying pipeline deals requiring cross-functio
nal stakeholder review and input.Collaborate with the Sales Finance leadership team in development of reporting and action plans to support enterprise objectives such as net price scorecard delivery.Collaborate with various business units/departments across Change Healthcare to provide counsel and stewardship on price delivery and execution.Develop, prepare, and present specialized reports, forecasts, profitability analysis, pricing analysis, other ad-hoc projects, and financial models.Track key performance indicators and provide analysis to support business decisions.Deliver ad hoc analytical projects to provide insights as required with focus on meeting deadlines and providing communication to management.Provides support to Senior Management including financial presentation and analysis in support of Net Price delivery.Provide support for essential business improvement and corporate strategy projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Eco
nomics or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 - 5 years of financial/analytical experience.Working knowledge of systems like Salesforce, Spotfire, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Oracle.Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, and other complex formulas.General databa
