Job Title :  Senior Associate (Singapore Accounting)

Job Responsibilities: 

Manage Financial Statement clean-up of fixed assetsResearch state and federal requirements fixed asset reportingDevelop and maintain supporting schedules, compliance reporting and analyticsPrepare budget forecasts as requestedPrepare financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly, and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the company’s financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulationsOther duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:  

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the GenerallyAccepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business CentralAdvanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBS in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degreeAdditional certification (CPA/CMA/EA) is a plus

Work Schedule: 

5am to 2pm

Work Arrangement:  

Hybrid (work in D&V office is voluntary or only if the client or manager in charge requires)
