You will have a strong background in product management. Tasks may include: Driving the WOW at every point of the facilities and experiences on site Manage site ticket flow and SLAs Lead and secure successful outcomes of our onboarding/offboarding experience Work with IT teams to ensure continuation of services Support and drive to ensure engagement events are successfully executed Manage and lead client visitations and drive our WOW experiences Support showroom standards throughout our site Ensure best practices are maintained from a Health and Safety perspective Manage maintenance checks and services Own capacity and seat mapping of various shifts Work with Leadership teams to deliver VFL schedules and feedback Lead TOA-Way training Drive site-based people performance Own Communication (townhalls/webinars/key events/updates) Deliver Reporting & Metrics at the site, shift, and team levels about you To be successful in this role, we are looking for a strong leader with at least 6-8 years site management experience in or a combination of:Client and people services Engagement IT Support Admin Services Compliance Health and Safety You will have at least 5 years demonstrated experience in People Management as well as Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Experience with third-party entities (PEZA, CDC, LGU, DOLE, DENR) will be highly favorable.
