Generate target sets per campaign and or programs using Oracle Respo
nsys selection features and functio

sed on parameters and rules provided by business.Coordinate with SPOC of campaign/program to provide generated target counts and get approval.Setup and load campaign co
ntent as HTML, images for email and text for SMS.Run test broadcast for SPOC and/or stakeholders of campaign/program for co
ntent approval.Setup campaign schedule and/or program workflow and seed lists in preparation for campaign launch.Launch and mo
nitor campaign/program broadcast.
B. Internal Communication and Collaborations
Coordinates with Marketing for campaign creation, strategies and content.Coordinates with Customer Data Quality Analytics for the Integrated Customer Profile.
C. Other Duties
Participates actively in meetings, training programs, and other professio
nal development workPerforms other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) years of work experience with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, business intelligence tools, Oracle Responsys, CRM and Campaign Management solutio
