QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent directly related work experience.At least 2 years of Sourcing and/or Marketing experience in either BPO or non-BPO market, has at least 1-year training experienceAbility to do Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI & TNA)Has depth knowledge of the education system in the Philippines and the programs LGUs and government offices runExcellent listening and oral/written communication skillsExcellent time management and project planning skills
