Job Objective To lead the company's global marketing efforts including developing, overseeing, and evaluating marketing strategies and initiatives, communicating marketing plans to all stakeholders, and building awareness and positioning the company's brand and image to strengthen the company’s presence and drive the value of the company products in the market/s. Key Responsibilities ·      Marketing Plan & Strategy Development and Implementation·      Advertising, Trade Promotions, and Merchandising·      Market Research & Business Intelligence·      Brand Management·      Corporate Communications and Public Relations·      Sales Performance Analysis   Key Qualification/Requirements Required Skills/Competencies Project and people management, Leadership and influencing, Strategic and analytical thinking, Change management, Communication and interpersonal, Customer focus/Customer-oriented approach, Data and Financial management & analysis skillsIndustry knowledge and understanding of market trends, consumer habits, and competitors’ positioning.Must possess knowledge of Marketing Principles, Market Research Techniques and Conduct of Feasibility Studies.Understanding of key marketing performance metrics and tracking toolsTechnology proficiency (e.g. social media, analytics, SEO, email, etc.)Qualification10+ years of proven experience in the field in globalized companies, with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with experience of managing direct reports across multiple geographic regions (distributed teams)Demonstrated successes in running a global marketing team and global marketing strategy and plan.Proven experience in multi-channel marketing including social, digital, traditional, and public relations.Experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably in food business (FMCG). Experience in the multi-channel retail industry a plus.Bachelor or preferably master’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field; equivalent related work experience may be considered in place of degree.  Ph.D. units or degree is a huge advantage.Chartered CMMP or CIM is a plusComfortable working in a flexible and fast-paced environment.     Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
