Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Human Capital and Total Reward:

Liaison duties with external partners focus on government transactions.Assistance with implementation of company benefits such as HMO, Perks, Housing, and loansAssist HC with benefit vendors and administratorsAssist HC on processing New Hire (Contracts, Pre-Employment Requirements)Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.Perform duties needed as specified from time to time

HC Data Management:

Update internal databases.Organize and maintain personnel records.Prepare HC documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.Assist HC on managing employee’s life cycle from onboarding to employee departure checklist.Audit non-compliant files.

Employee Support

Answer employees’ queries about HC-related issuesProcess employees’ requests and provide relevant information.Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly.Respond to employees’ questions about benefits.
