Job Responsibilities:
•Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client order/request fulfillment and resolution of customer issues.
• Facilitate customer onboarding processes. • Maintain an updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Assist in the resolution of customer account issues.
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.
• Continuously build and strengthen client relationships to achieve longterm partnerships
• Assist Management in the improvement of internal processes and service to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and orders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales, account management or relationship management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability and good negotiation skills.
• Active listening skills.
• A positive and helpful attitude.
• Self-driven and pro-active in nature
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Willing to travel to any part of the country
Salary Offer
Manila – Php 20,000 – Php 30,000 + Commissions
Cebu – Php 15,000 – Php 20,000 + Commissions
