QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four-year courseProficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel With good communication skillsOrganized and has good attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily encoding of sales transactions per sales personnel in GSMI SAP System
2. Assists Salesmen in the preparation and monthly updating of Masterlist, Daily Itinerary, and in the encoding of the Daily Route Activity Report form
3. Provides relevant sales data to the Territory Sales Manager such as, but not limited to:
- Sales volume per day/month/year-to-date per Salesman
- Total directly-served outlets per month per Salesman
- Newly penetrated outlets per day/month/year-to-date per Salesman
- Active outlets per day/month/year-to-date per Salesman
- Productive calls per day/month/year-to-date per Salesman
- Focus brand penetration and volume per day/month/year-to-date per Salesman
4. Closely coordinates and works with Territory Sales Information Assistants and provides data regarding sales volumes, penetration, productivity, etc.
5. Performs administrative functions, such as:
- Collecting Daily Route Activity Report of Salesmen for checking of Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager
- Maintaining and organizing documents and data related to direct selling operations
