Duties and Responsibilities:Collates and gathers data requirements of principals for submission to different government agencies.Maintains and updates data base/archive system.Handles project support related documents.Coordinates with different government agencies like Registry of Deeds and BIR regarding titling requirements of lot for disposition.Conducts site inspections and research work.Qualifications:Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experienced candidates specializing in Admin Support, Permits processing, liaising.2 Full-Time position(s) available.
