Job Description

The Operations Support Coordinator is one of the key players in the operations group for Radiation Protection Services (RPS). The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible in monitoring client’s contract information and other relevant tasks needed for the day to day operations of OSL services. The Operations Support Coordinator will also help the Account Management Group of OSL by sending application forms, responding to

customer concerns (phone and email), contract renewal, etc. and will also provide assistance during RSO trainings.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities – Work Activities

 1.1 Operations Support Activities

 Monitors schedule of OSL client renewal and updates the masterlist handled by the Operations and Quality SupervisorAssist the Supply, Logistics and Support Group in tracking the status of badge delivery using the courier’s websiteResponsible in the ordering and inventory of supplies needed for operationsPrepares / sends OSL client requests for Certificate of Subscription / Proof of Appearance for both email / walk in clientsAssist in entering all records provided by customer from the OSL Dosimetry Application and other related account updating forms into the OSL client database (ABMS)Provide assistance on the training activities of RSO by means of monitoring attendance sheets, providing support during the actual training, sending of Customer Satisfaction Survey Forms to customer and other needed administration tasks for RSO training.

1.2      Account Management Activities

Receives the filled out OSL application forms for renewal of OSL Dosimetry subscription and process  customer renewal.Briefs customers regarding pricing and other necessary information for the preparation of the quotation using the terms and conditions form.Prepares draft and final quotation to be submitted to the customer for approval of RPS Operations and Quality Supervisor.Assists walk-in customers with client-driven activities, such as, but not limited to, receipt of application forms), contract renewals and preparation of quotation forms.Answers phone inquiries / concerns related to OSL Dosimetry ServicesResponds to customer email received from the oslservice inbox.

Education: Vocational graduate of any course or Bachelor’s degree holder is optional but not required
