Job Description

Overview

Responsible for coordinating with relevant parties to execute international trades of sugar, coffee beans, starches and other commodities from documentations to coordination with the suppliers, broker, insurance and shipping agents.

Monitor and assist on the renewal of all permits and certifications like LTO, CPR, BPI, BAI, etc. Ensure accurate, correct and timely payment including but not limited to bank to bank remittances and telegraphic transfers. Administer all sales contract and purchase contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Contract Administration.

2. Coordinating with Logistics and Insurance counterparts.

3. Letter of credit processing

4. Checking of collection and remittances
