PwC Acceleration Center Manila (hereinafter, the “Company” or the “Center” or “PwC AC Manila” or “AC Manila”) is a joint venture of PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) Firms from across the Asia Pacific. It was established to provide professional services to support PwC member Firms in the Asia Pacific, Americas, and European regions only, excluding clients registered and based in the Philippines.

POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY:
The Resource Management (“RM”) Team provides support to Resource Managers in PwC AU in managing their resource lines in the work allocation tool (Talentlink).
REPORTING:
This position will report to the Resource Management Supervisor.

You would also get the opportunity to collaborate and work closely with teams in PwC AU, coming from different lines of services and functions, as the need for resource management spans across the lines of services in the firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Add, update and maintain the staff bookings in the work allocation tool (Talentl
ink)Perform profile data updates such as local industry, management levels, diary group, etc.Create and update dummy profiles in Talentl
ink;Generate availability and utilization reports and translate the data to required reporting format;Review and rectify variances of utilization between Talentl
ink and provided dashboard in PowerBICo
nduct cleansing/data hygiene of incorrect and outdated booking information (e.g. booking types, resource status and allocated hours) on a regular basisPerform other general resource management related tasks such as graduate intakes, skill search, allocation of inventory checking.Perform self-review of all deliverables.Work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects.Must be able to work with tight deadlines
