Job Responsibilities:
• Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Ensures all relevant mails are attended in a timely manner
• Handles credit card and utility bills payments of the executives.
• Arrange travel arrangements, meetings and conference, handle communication and process related functions and documentations.
• Prepares the daily activity and important documents to be signed by the Vice President.
• Responsible for President's and Vice Presidents calendar of events and important activities.
• Prepares correspondences and reports.
• Ensures proper information dissemination for all memorandum received.
• Receives and transfers important messages from clients and other important person.
• Assists officers in bank-related matters.
• Assures the confidentiality of important matters.
• Knowledgable in real estate properties is a plus
• Performs other related duties from time to time and/or that may be assigned by Vice President and/ or President.
