This role performs a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks related to Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, to ensure data entry and the processing of HR data takes place timely with completeness and accuracy. He works independently under general direction and handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take, and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.

Prepares, maintains, and updates co
ntractor data for the HR information system. Co
nfirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, and assures information is available on a timely basis.Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functio
nal data as needed.Supports co
nduct of HR surveys, gap analysis and communicates findings to HR management via formal presentations and standard management reporting infographics on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations) to promote data governance and stewardship and improve operatio
