Job Description

This role performs a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks related to Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, to ensure data entry and the processing of HR data takes place timely with completeness and accuracy. He works independently under general direction and handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take, and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities:

Prepares, maintains, and updates contractor data for the HR information system. Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, and assures information is available on a timely basis.Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.Supports conduct of HR surveys, gap analysis and communicates findings to HR management via formal presentations and standard management reporting infographics on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations) to promote data governance and stewardship and improve operational performance.Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting in Service Now and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data-related requests. Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations.Provides administrative support such as preparing and composing confidential correspondence with all supporting documentation, requiring application of specialized knowledge of the assigned function. Responds verbally (via telephone call) or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeExperience in administering HRIS databases and related systemsExperience in using HCMExposure to EMEA or have worked on Shared Services settngAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge is data analysis is a plus
