If you are passionate about HR and have HR operational experience, we are looking for you to join our team as a HR Executive, supporting our HR team as well as the Business with integrated HR services with effective people and organizational process and programs across, and not limited to resourcing, employee relations, and learning and development.

Responsibilities:

Process DTR/ payroll.Assist in employees' compensations inquiries.Taking minutes of meetingManaging email, documents and contracts correspondenceSorting and distribution of incoming mailPlan and assist in meeting coordinationManaging employee's Personal filesAssist in generating HR reportsArranging courier for collection and delivery InvoicingSupport on all recruitment, onboarding, exit activities and processesWork Pass and S Pass application, cancellation, and renewalManage employee enquiry and requests relating to HR issues, policies and regulations and provide timely resolutionsResponsible for training administration such as application of training grants, training logistics, and distribution of training certificatesUndertake any other HR initiatives and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

A relevant Degree qualification in Psychology, Human Resource Management/Business or equivalentAt least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience gained in a multinational environment preferred and good understanding of Philippines employment practices and regulationsHigh integrity with ability to handle confidential informationGood communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to work and interact with employees of all levelsStrong analytical ability and attention to detailsPro-active, hands-on with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentGood team player with the ability to work independently as wellProficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Presentations
