Starting a career as Talent Acquisition Assistant,  the qualified individual will be responsible for the delivery of end to end talent acquisition and onboarding processes in accordance to agreed SLA and relevant policy. He/she will be involved in the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in handling recruitment end to end process.Strong people and organizational management skills.Demonstrates flexibility in operational strategy to meet the business requirements.With good communication skills.
