The BIGGEST distributor of FOTON VEHICLES is in need of HR Assistant

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment

1. Attends job fairs, local events, campus recruitment and activities to advertise the company and at the same time, finds worthy candidates effectively.

2. Comes up with effective advertising strategies to attract applicants, advertisement design and be aware of advertising/hiring trends.

3. Writes recruitment advertisements for posting in internet and other recruiting sources.

4.Recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions throughout organization.

5.Conducts initial interview to applicants, inform and update the requesting department of the result of the initial interview and monitoring from time to time until endorsement to Account Management.

6. Completion of requirements of the newly hired employees.

7.Conducts character /reference checks for selected candidates.

8. Prepares Job Offer and Contracts for newly hired employees.

9. Encodes newly-hired employees to AMS System.

10. Conducts orientation for the newly hired and endorsement of newly hired to the assigned department.

11. Prepares and issues Company ID to newly hired and to assigned accounts.

12. Preparation and endorsement of 201 file of newly hired to assigned accounts.

13. Responsible for providing overall general and clerical support tasks for HR related programs, policies and other organizational interventions that will ensure timely delivery of HR services to employees.

14. Perform other HR duties as directed by HRAD Head.

Accounts

1. Closely monitors concerns of all employees of assigned business unit.

2. Timely resolves concerns of employee’s of assigned business unit.

3. Timely elevates to VP – Support Services concern/s that can no longer be resolved on her level.

4. Discusses incident reports received with VP – Support Services and recommends solution.

5. Ensures timely processing of Employee Discipline minor cases (Notice to Explain and Notice of Disciplinary Action).

6. Closely monitors Manpower requirements of the assigned business unit by coordinating with the HR Assistant for Recruitment on the status.

7. Closely monitors employment status of newly hired employees and ensures timely reminder of contract expiration to employee’s Division Head and Department Managers.

8. Timely processes performance evaluation of non-regular and regular employees.

9. Timely and accurately updates employee’s records at AMS.

10. Conducts Exit Interview and timely prepare exit interview summary report every month.

11. Timely prepares and processes clearance forms.

12. Timely prepares quitclaim and ensures it’s signed by the separated employee upon release of last pay.

13. Timely and accurately prepares Certificate of Employment (COE)

14. Ensures that all employees’ last pay is released not later than thirty (30) days from date of separation.

15. Timely and accurately prepares data for Mancom meeting.

16. Timely and accurately files employees’ documents to their respective 201 files.

17. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by HR Head and VP for Support Services.

EDUCATION

College graduate preferably BS Psychology or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

At least 6 months HR related experience.

- Good Oral & Written Communications Skills

ABILITIES

- Ability to work independently (minimal supervision)

- Ability to perform multi tasking
