Oversees the various HR services and processes such as timekeeping and payroll administration, benefits administration and the separation process of employees (i.e. co
nducts exit interview, routing exit clearance, sees through the turn-over of supplies and/or ID, and coordinates the schedules of the release of the final pay in coordination with Payroll and Timekeeping).Oversees the facilitation of employee movements which include in-placements, reassignments and promotions of employees co
nsidering employee skills and career developmentProcesses and validates all Government Certificates and Loan RemittancesProcesses and validates all payroll docu
ments (ATM, Manager's Checks, final paychecks, payslips, cash request)Maintains records and compiles statistical reports co
ncerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism ratesGenerate reports as may be requested (e.g., special studies) or required (e.g., weekly and mo

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or any related fieldMust have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in human resources, with emphasis on employee relations for a multi-natio
