• Graduate of Business Administration Course.

• Has at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Assists in the office administration, monitoring and posting of regulatory requirements.
• Assists in the enforcement of Company and Building House Rules, Policies, Restrictions and Regulations on security, safety, housekeeping and garbage collection to ensure compliance with the company's standard.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails.
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries and make progress updates to clients for the status of his/her queries or request.
• Process permits & other regulatory requirements.
