JOB OVERVIEW

Help update the existing systems and design new ones that are more efficient. Reports directly to immediate head and provide data and reports to support management team.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Participate in database design, prototyping, development, testing and deployment of front end and back end applications by identifying, understanding and developing user requirements

·       Maintaining and supporting business systems includes assisting users with system and software functionality and technical issues

·       Training users on how to use new applications

·       Ensures the stable operation of the network, internet and all transactional services of the company

·       Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)

·       Schedules and produces periodic reports regarding MIS and company performance

·       Analyzes and recommends software and hardware to maximize productivity for the company

·       Collaborates with other departments and outside computer support vendors to schedule and coordinate upgrades and tests

·       Implement security controls to secure computer system and ensure data integrity

·       Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree of Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/ information technology or equivalentAt least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this positionKnowledgeable in Network Monitoring, LAN/WAN Management and process documentation.Medium understanding of Windows Service including: Remote Desktop Services, IIS, DNS, DHCPMedium knowledge in Microsoft Server or Ubuntu ServerBasic knowledge in ProgrammingBasic knowledge in Cloud ServicesBasic knowledge of SQL scripting
