Job Description
JOB PURPOSEThe Sales Admin Coordinator assists the Franchise Operations Group by performing administrative and support duties especially in communicating concern of franchisee, sales performance and marketing support fund.SUMMARY OF RESPonSIBILITIESResponsible for encoding of inputs feedback in 4d regarding FOA/ FOS observation during store visit. (Basic Call Store Procedures, Activity Reports, Performance Updates, Business Review, Phone Discussion, Franchisee and Store concerns, Attendance Meeting and Site Assessment.)Monitors FOA’s store check reports and provide update and summary.Monitors and Processes FOA’s requests like replenishment, reimbursement, cash advances, staff house and marketing support Fund request.Consolidates and checks timekeeping reports of FOS/FOA against the itinerary submitted.Monitors closed stores and encodes/declares it on the Erikagen 4D.Consolidates FOA/FOS request of Marketing Support Fund for endorsement to concerned department.Monitors the schedule of store grand opening and sends invitation to top management and coordinates it with the concerned department.Encodes and updates store and franchisees’ email address in CRM database record.Exports and sends by Email the Store Monthly Sales Performance Summary Reports to the FOAs, Stores and Franchisees.Coordinates the schedule of Multicab for franchised stores’ marketing activities.Monitors details of Missing Sales (calling stores daily for resending/send receive of store sales to avoid of missing sales).Facilitates SOM (Store Operations Meeting and Franchisee Meeting) including Food and other logistics.Monitors the payments of Company Rebates from Mobile Clinic Providers.Sends important Memos to Franchise Stores and Franchisee.Relays important feedback to FOA for proper coordination.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelors / College Degree in Business Administration or any related courseAt least 1 year related work experience; computer proficientAble to give professional and efficient customer serviceAble to cooperate with the Operations Group and storesAble to obey store house rules and company policiesAble to understand and follow instructionsAble to understand and execute the technical aspects of the job
