OVERVIEW

This is a Data Analyst role who is a PowerPoint and Excel Expert. The Survey Insights Team is responsible for analyzing customer experience data to generate client presentations and reports with actionable insights and findings. Your output will impact the business decisions of our real estate customers, from the property to the executive level. You will work collaboratively with Insights Analysts to ensure quality of execution and excellence in deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES

Role 1: Systems Administration and Configuration:

Use request forms to configure templates and settings within proprietary online portal to generate reports, action plans, and email messages Send drafts of configured items to analyst for review and approval, update if needed based on feedback providedNeeded skill set:High degree of computer proficiency, ability to learn new applications/programsIntense attention to detailAdherence to deadlines

Role 2: PowerPoint and Deliverable Creation Support

Work with analyst to input provided data in PowerPoint to create presentation slide decks for customerMake additions or updates to PowerPoint slides/chartsPull data/reports from online portal and aggregate or reformat in Excel/PowerPoint (ad hoc requests)Needed skill set:Advanced user of PowerPointProficient in using Excel for data processing and reportingHigh degree of computer proficiency, ability to learn new applications/programsIntense attention to detailAdherence to deadlinesExperience with data or customer deliverables a plus

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years on Data AnalysisA PowerPoint Expert (Advanced user of PowerPoint); with professional experience on making additions or updates to PowerPoint slides/chartsProficient in using Excel for data processing and reportingWith professional experience in processing data and converting them to findingsWith professional experience in pulling data/reports from online portal and aggregating or reformating in Excel/PowerPoint With professional experience on handling request forms to configure templates and settings to generate data or reportWilling to work in the Night Shift
