Overall in charge of the Housekeeping Department.Trains the Housekeeping Staff.Checks the grooming of Staff.Prepares duty roster of Staff.Delegates assignment to Staff.Mo
nitors the daily work output of Staff.e
valuates the performance of Staff.To lead by example.Handles guest co
ncerns and complaints.Ensures the Hotel Standards with regard to cleanliness and safety are being followed and delivered.In-charge of proper inventory of housekeeping materials, linens etc. and its accuracy.Orders housekeeping supplies and ensures complete supplies on hand.Close coordination with other Departments such as Front Office, Engineering and Security.Transacts and negotiates with Housekeeping Suppliers/Vendors together with the Hotel Manager.Reports directly to the Hotel Manager.Other assignments that may be assigned by the Hotel Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree HolderAt least 3 years of work experience in a Supervisory role in a Hotel/Resort/Serviced Residence/Condominium.Excellent communication skills.Excellent decision making skills.Excellent training skills.Willing to work shifting hours/holidays.Willing to work in Makati City.1 Full Time Position available.
