Job Description as a Systems Administrator, you will have to:

Provide high quality support to our customers by meeting or exceeding contractual commitmentsResolve the majority of escalated incidents using the available tools and documentation and by thoroughly researching known issuesManage your own ticket queue by prioritizing requestsForward incidents to the next level after using all internal resourcesWork with external vendors to resolve escalated incidentsEnsure that service levels are respectedIdentify high priority tickets and communicate effectively through the means put in placedocument issues and establish resolution procedures for the Service Center
