College Graduate of any related course.Work Experience with predictive dialing and its management or reporting.Knowledge and experience in using a dialer system or any related.Experience with Autodialer or Workforce management.Experience from Collections/BPO is an advantage.Average excel skills – lookup functions, pivot tables, validations, macros.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

Monitors and maintains production systems on the best operable level.Creating dialer and other Collections systems reports on a daily basisHandling requests from users.Performing operational (regular and irregular) tasks.Preparing reports and promptly informing supervisors about the current situation.Monitor user behavior and performance.Collect information from users.
