Job Description

Minimum qualifications / requirements:

Graduated with a bachelor's degree on Laws, Political Science or any legal study related coursePreferably with a Paralegal background / experienceWith at least five (5) years of experience in a similar positionWith strong research skills to any media platformWith strong reading comprehension and interpretation skillsWith knowledge of applicable regulatory requirementsWith strong leadership skillsWith excellent critical and analytical thinkingHighly attentive to details and with exceptional planning and organization skills

Job Description

For the Group of Companies:

I. Overall Strategy Management for Organizational Efficiency and Effectiveness, including mid to long term plan of action in support of the overall corporate mission and vision, on areas such as but not limited to:

Building AdministrationGovernment Compliance (i.e. FDA, BPI, NMIS, BFAR, PHILGEPS, SEC, BOC, BIR, IPO, City Hall)Office Management and Services incl. Office Housekeeping, IT, Purchasing.Legal Coordination and compliance

II. Overall Targets and Budget Management for Administration Department

Planning, setting, achieving, and creating a system to achieve, measurable budget targets for Administration Team’s Key Result Area Targets such as portfolio to registration ratio, days of turnaround of marketing requests for product marketability, materials & supplies purchase turnaround, general service ticket response, systems and process documentation, office orderliness, work environment/ occupational soundness, and building administration safety and security, among others as determined in the business plan.

III. Overall Operating Expenses Budget for the Company

Planning, setting, achieving, and creating a system to achieve, the relevant Operational Expense Budgets, such as but not limited to Office Materials & Supplies, Repairs and Maintenance, Permits & Licenses, General Administrative Expenses, Capital Expenditures, excluding Selling and Marketing Expenses.

IV. Final Accountability over Administration, Compliance, and Legal Functions

Oversee operations of the Administration department, and / or execute operating activities yourself if necessary according to the overall staffing plan of the company, such as but not limited to: Administration Government Compliance Building Administration including Security and Safety Insurance Coordination Office Management Information & Communication Technology Materials & Supplies Purchasing (Non-Trade) Systems and Processes Consolidation Across Organization, such as Management Information Systems including Information Databases, Report Dashboards, and Process Automation, as well as Quality Management Systems such as Reportorial framework, Schedules, etc.
