Technical Support Engineer
1. Resolve production issues via adherence to the formal escalation process & procedures
2. Liaise with business users & infrastructure teams to ensure production issues are resolved on a timely basis and that correct actions are taken
3. Take ownership of each issue and manage each request or incident from start to successful conclusion
4. Development, contribution and maintenance of application support knowledgebase.
5. Be client focused and maintain good working relationship with clients.
1. BS IT or any related course
2. Atleast 2 years working experience on related field
3. Knowledge of design techniques, development processes and software configuration management.
4. Database Management (MS SQL, Oracle, MYSQL)
