Partner with Global People team (Human Resources) to develop new employee-facing digital content, applying high-quality copywriting and content design best-practice. Support the development and promotion of a content governance framework and upskill entry-level content creators.
Responsibilities:
Updating and reviewing People content
Uploading content to People channels
Peer review of updated content
Partner with the global People team (Human Resources) to develop new employee-facing digital content, aligned to high-quality copywriting and content design best-practice
Coach subject matter experts on best-practice copywriting, content structure and layout, accessibility and user-experience as you develop new content based on their expertise
Ensure alignment to QBE brand guidelines, People team digital content strategy and enterprise-wide internal digital content strategy
Work through a high-volume of existing content across multiple digital channels to ensure its audited and re-distributed as required
Provide best-practice advice on static web content, digital news pages, automated instructional content and task-based system instructions
Contribute to the execution of a new content governance strategy
Check and edit the work of your peers to ensure the production of high-quality content to scale
