Job Description:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Able to communicate in all level of employees in the organization and different type of procurement personnel. Able to negotiate with clients and suppliers.Strong analytical skills.Trustworthy, organize, patient and detail-oriented.Should be willing to work in the office.Knowledge in Windows 7, 8, 10 and MS Office application especially in MS Excel.Able to handle Technical Support team that supports 150-200 employees.Knowledge in Service desk, Corporate lines and Asset Management.Provides improvement plan/enhancements for further improve IT service levels.
Advantage but not required:
