Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 6 months to 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With experience in Recruitment is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

In-charge of end-to-end Recruitment of the assigned branchesSourcing of qualified applicants according to positions available.Conducts the initial interview with qualified applicants.Coordinates with the immediate head of the departments and Managers of the assigned branches.Coordinates with the PESO office for a possible group of applicants.Attends recruitment events such as government and school job fairs.May post job advertisement through social mediaMonitor job vacancies of the assigned branches.Administers psychological exams to the applicants.Conducts background investigation.Cheks pre-employment requirements of onboarding applicants.Orients/conducts orientation of the newly-hired employees.201 filingWilling to travel to the assigned branches, if needed.Monitors expiration of Probationary contracts and change of employment status of personnel.Assists/organize company events.Performs other relevant administrative/HR facets and responsibilities assigned by HRO/ Manager.
