KEY RESONSIBILITIES:
The Junior Account Manager main task is to maintains and grows relatio
nships with enterprise customers, while achieving the assigned sales and profit growth goal.He/She is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.Respo
nsible for selling and supporting the firm’s complete product and service offering, focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity, the most im
portant customer interactions are face-to-face meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts in the most efficient way to generate sales for the business. This involves researching business opportunities; setting up meetings, presenting solution offer and finding pain points of client.
• Secure the business, build and maintain strong relationships with the clients, be available to handle concerns and building the clients’ trust to make sure they stay loyal to the company
• Become an expert in Product Solution, and must stay current on the latest developments in the market, to stay ahead of the competition
• Should have in-depth knowledge not only about the offering they are selling, but about ESSCOR’s mission statement, corporate initiatives and goals.
• Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.
• Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
• Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned customer relationships.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
