Manage Sunlight Air's information technology and computer systems.Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.Design, develop, and implement systems, including policies and procedures.Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.Identify problematic areas and recommend to management the strategic solutions.Preserve and monitor assets, information security, and control structures.Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
