JOB PURPOSE:The Cloud Architect will lead the creation of a technology framework and to provide technical leadership in support of the company's initiatives in cloud computing and automation; will build the cloud computing infrastructure in a flexible and agile fashion; and will craft future cloud solutions to meet the requirements of the organization.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Systems Availability and Response Time.Security of systems.Delivery of secured IT Services responsive to business requirements.Compliance to IT Policies & Processes.Skills acquisition and application.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, or in related field in information technology.8 + years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations administering physical servers and cloud infrastructure on a variety of environment (Windows, Linux, Unix) including disaster recovery counterparts.Knowledgeable in network systems and familiar with device functionalitiesKnowledgeable in DevOps tool chains and processesIn-depth knowledge of networking and associated technologies
