We are looking for a IT Operations Officer in our Information Technology Business Unit who will be able to do the following:

Main responsibilities:

Installs, maintains, monitors and troubleshoots information systems on the following scope:Managed Services,Corporate applicationsSites standard servicesPerform Level1 activitiesOn-site supportIncident Ticket ResolutionRequest Ticket FulfillmentChange ticket implementationPlatform delivery (Installs / configures platforms (Windows / Linux)

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in these missions, you will need the following skills:

Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems, and/or Engineering courseAt least 5 years’ experience in the IT industryITIL v3 foundation certified is preferredExperience in IT Hardware and software Technical Support, such as reporting incidents to third party vendorsGood verbal and written communications skills, performs tasks with high regard to details.Knowledge of Windows, such as Active Directory, group policy, securing servicesKnowledge of Linux, such as administration, extending disksKnowledge of Vmware, such as adding resources to VM, moving VMs in another VM hosts is preferred
